Having a multicultural workforce can give you an important competitive edge, but managing diversity takes a lot of skill, according to Wittenborg CEO Maggie Feng. Feng recently shared some of the insights she has gleaned over the past two decades about managing diversity in an international institution of higher education.
Pupils from KSG Apeldoorn came to Wittenborg recently to learn about cultural diversity and share their own ideas about what makes them typically Dutch – such as the 3-kiss greeting!
Today, the Wittenborg Student Society (known as SWIFT) organized a cultural event at a local bar, in Apeldoorn. Students brought traditional (from their own cultures) home-cooked food and some even dressed in their own traditional dress.
