Starting your studies is an exciting milestone! Wittenborg’s Introduction Week is designed to help you settle in, meet new people, and get the essential information you need for a successful start. Participation is free of charge for all new students. Over three to five days, you’ll join sessions on practical matters, academic skills, and cultural orientation—all tailored to make your transition smooth and enjoyable.

  • From Part-Time Job to Work After Study
    Learn about job opportunities during and after your studies, the Dutch job market, and work permits.
  • Legal Registration in the Netherlands
    Understand how to register with the municipality, get your BSN, and know your rights as a resident.
  • Your Voice on Campus
    Discover how student representation works and how you can actively shape campus life.
  • ICT Session
    Introduction to Wittenborg’s digital platforms: Osiris, Moodle, Microsoft Teams, and email.
  • Intercultural Competence Workshop
    Build skills to thrive in a multicultural environment and collaborate effectively.
  • Improving Academic Skills
    Learn the basics of academic writing, referencing, and avoiding plagiarism.
  • Erasmus+ Info Session
    Explore opportunities for international exchange and projects.
  • Study Journey Info Sessions

Final Step: English Assessment

The week concludes with the English Assessment (Exam). This test checks your academic English level and helps us identify if you need extra language support during your studies. It’s not about passing or failing—it’s about making sure you have the tools to succeed. If support is needed, Wittenborg offers tailored assistance to help you improve your skills.
