Background

Kriszta's nationality and mother language is Hungarian, but she was born and raised in Romania. Being a member of a minority group within Romania, she has been confronted with cultural differences from early childhood, which later gave her remarkable insight in cross-cultural studies and international management.

After finishing her bachelor studies in 2013 she have moved to the Netherlands mainly for personal reasons. Since she has married into a Dutch family she managed to integrate in the Dutch society in a quick manner.

She describes herself as a responsible, diplomatic, tactful person and eager to learn new things. 

Biography

Kriszta has completed her bachelor studies in at the Faculty of Economics and Business Administration in Finance and Banking at the Babes-Bolyai University in Cluj-Napoca, Romania. In the second year of the bachelor studies she has been an Erasmus student at Windesheim University of Applied Sciences on International Business and Languages profile. During this Erasmus year she has made first acquaintance with international business studies, which became her field of interest.

Last September in 2015 she has obtained her master diploma at Utrecht University in International Business and Economics on International Management track. In parallel with her master program, She has worked as project assistant and researcher at the lectureship of International Business at Windesheim University of Applied Sciences. Starting from July 2015 until July 2016 she has worked as account manager at EUmanage European Management Academy B.V., an SME headquartered in Zwolle with main activities in international project acquisition and management.
