Erasmus+ Incoming Staff Mobility

Wittenborg warmly welcomes incoming staff through Erasmus+ Mobility programmes. Mobility opportunities are designed to foster international collaboration, professional development, and knowledge exchange.

Types of Mobility

1. Teaching Mobility
Deliver lectures, workshops, or training sessions at Wittenborg, sharing your expertise with students and staff.

2. Training Mobility
Participate in professional development activities, including workshops, job-shadowing, and observation periods, to enhance your skills and knowledge.

3. Combined Mobility
Engage in both teaching and training activities during a single mobility period.

1. Globalisation Forum International Week (also open to Training mobility)

•    Held every summer.

3. Custom Teaching Visits
•    If you wish to teach at a different time, consult our Yearly Calendar (2026) to identify suitable weeks (Week 2 and Week 4 of each block are recommended). 
•    Please check the courses that are offered at Wittenborg and complete the Incoming Teaching Mobility Application Form and con        tact erasmus@wittenborg.eu to discuss possibilities.

Important Deadlines & Requirements

  • Non-EU staff: Apply at least 3 months before the planned visit. Wittenborg provides an acceptance letter to support visa applications for non-EU applicants
  • EU staff: Apply at least 45 days before the planned visit

Inter-Institutional Agreement:

  • A valid agreement between Wittenborg and your home institution is required.
  • If not yet in place, please facilitate its signing as early as possible to ensure all documentation is completed in time. It is required particularly for teaching staff mobility. 

Accommodation

  • During the summer period, Wittenborg can provide accommodation at our facilities. From September to June, availability is limited. Please check with erasmus@wittenborg.eu before you plan.
