A genuine and holistic business education where the student can fully exercise his or her entrepreneurial thinking must be underpinned with… fun. This is the belief at Wittenborg's partner institute in Munich, New European College (NEC), where a Meet & Greet between students and staff was recently organised. In the spirit of the values the college holds dear, the event was held at GoodWine Bar – a cosy wine bar in downtown Munich that was founded in 2019 by NEC Alumni Ekaterina Kuzmenko and Vladislav Anisimov.
This month saw 2,800 exhibitors descend upon Munich at the largest trade fair for sport business, the 50th annual ISPO Fair. Held from 26 – 29 January, the world’s most innovative, successful and well-known sporting brands presented their latest products at the event.
During January, Wittenborg celebrated the start of 2020 with its education partners in Munich, Germany and Bad Voslau, Austria. WUAS’ staff met with students and teachers at both locations and held discussions with management about the collaboration and plans for developing the partnerships in 2020.
Wittenborg was joined by its new partner from Munich, the New European College (NEC), at the 13th edition of the ICEF Higher Education Workshop held in Helsinki, Finland, this week where they met a range of student recruitment agents from around the world.
Wittenborg University of Applied Sciences has now added German city, Munich, as a study destination for its students - this is in addition to its main campus in Apeldoorn, another in Amsterdam and one in Vienna.
