Natália Leal, PhD, MA, Lic.

Natália Leal, PhD, MA, Lic., Assistant Professor of Applied Sciences, is an Executive, Career and Life Coach. She has over 20 years of work experience across different countries and sectors, from academia and research, to policy making and international non-governmental organisations management. She is the former Chief Executive of WFTO and a former Lecturer at the University of Coimbra, Portugal.

Natália holds a PhD in International Relations from the University of Kent, UK, and a master's in Sociology from the University of Coimbra. She completed a specialisation in Positive Psychology at the University of Pennsylvania in the USA and is the holder of certificates in Behavioural Coaching, Career Coaching and Coaching for Expats, among others. She is often a guest speaker and trainer, especially on topics regarding well-being, performance and career planning.

Natália’s current spheres of interest are Psychology, Positive Intelligence, Behavioural Economics, Politics, Neurosciences and Coaching.
