Lucy Omwoha, MSc, Examinations Manager and Senior Lecturer, combines extensive teaching experience with key administrative responsibilities. She holds a bachelor's in International Business Management, a master’s in International Event Management, and is pursuing a PhD at the University of Brighton.
As a Senior Lecturer, Lucy plays a vital role in student development across multiple disciplines. As Head of Process Tutors, she mentors bachelor’s students to ensure their academic success. She also oversees the examination process, maintaining assessment integrity and quality. Additionally, as Project Week Coordinator, she manages real-world academic projects, fostering student collaboration and timely goal achievement.
Her research explores the role of tacit knowledge in the culturally diverse hospitality industry, particularly the impact of global migration on human capital. She aims to develop a framework that leverages migrant professionals’ expertise to drive innovation in hospitality services and products.
