Katie Ireland, MSc, Lecturer, holds a BSc in Business and Management, an MSc in Advanced Marketing Management and an MSc in Applied Positive Psychology and Coaching Psychology. Alongside her academic work, Ireland is the CEO and Executive Flourishing Coach at Re-Humanise, a global consultancy helping individuals and organisations unlock their human potential, with key clients including Crocs, Nike, Eon and Boardwave. She is an ICF-accredited coach (PCC) with over 500 hours of executive coaching experience, supporting leaders across industries to achieve personal, collective and business success. Her career spans 20 years in senior international leadership within STEM and marketing roles at organisations such as Nike, House of Fraser, New Look and dunnhumby.
She later became CEO and Co-Founder of Enliven Empathy, partnering with corporates and social enterprises to increase inclusion and belonging through virtual reality. Ireland is known for her expertise at the intersection of technology, psychology and leadership, and has delivered talks and workshops at global events including The Next Web and European Women in Tech.
At Wittenborg, she brings together her corporate and entrepreneurial background to provide students with a practical, internationally focused and human-centred approach to business education.
