Erik Jan Hengstmengel, MA

Erik Jan Hengstmengel, MA, studied Public Administration at the University of Twente in the Netherlands and graduated on a field research in North Yemen. He started his career as Business Consultant at Capgemini, where he focused on Innovation and Change Management. After that, he had various roles as Managing Director, CTO and COO, especially focusing on digital transformation and innovation in mid-size companies and scale ups. He has worked in a number of European countries, like UK, Germany, Netherlands, France and Scandinavia. Beside that, Erik Jan is a certified Board member and has published two books and a large number of articles on the role of new technology in organisations.
