Anastasija Marusova, MSc

Anastasija Marusova, MSc, HR Administrator, holds an MSc in People, Organisations and Change from Rotterdam School of Management, which she pursued after earning a BSc in Psychology from Radboud University. During her studies, she specialised in HR leadership and led a consultancy project for an educational institution, gaining hands-on experience in HR, consulting and change management.

With experience in various leadership roles in the retail and e-commerce sectors, Anastasija brings a passionate and open-minded approach to creating supportive employee experiences. At Wittenborg, she is responsible for the daily operations of HR and manages employee administration.
