Anastasija Marusova, MSc, HR Administrator, initially pursued a Bachelor's in Psychology at Radboud University with the intention of becoming a clinical psychologist. She later completed her MSc in People, Organisations and Change at Rotterdam School of Management, focusing on HR leadership, change management, and the future of work. During her studies, she led a consultancy project for Erasmus School of Health Policy & Management, gaining hands-on experience in employee life-cycle processes, professional development, consultancy, HR strategy, and organisational consultancy within higher education.
