Regarding her lecture to students, Holtrigter expresses her aims, saying, "Hopefully by the end of the session students will learn how to monitor the project progress, identify risks and issues and have a timely plan to prevent or mitigate those risks. They will also learn how to report big projects, manage contribution of all involved stakeholders and ensure the quality of the project is not jeopardised."

Reflecting on the achievements which she is most proud of, Holtrigter shares her proudest managerial accomplishment, stating, "My biggest managerial achievement was in building and maintaining a strong stakeholder relationship during the international event Road Race - part of the European Games 2015 - with partners from different authorities, especially working with security and reinforcement agencies and being able to achieve strong project results by building trust and clear communication."

When discussing her personal journey, Holtrigter highlighted her significant milestone: "On another note, my biggest personal achievement was to be selected for funding to continue my post-master's studies in Italy and giving a live interview to Italian TV in Italian after only 8 months of studying the language."
