Summer is in full swing in Amsterdam in June, with long days, lively terraces and a packed calendar of outdoor festivals, cultural events and neighbourhood activities. Bite of Amsterdam (19 to 21 June) returns to Amstelpark with top chefs, tasting dishes and international cuisine in an outdoor festival setting. Another highlight is the Schinkel District Block Party on 18 June, a neighbourhood street party with DJs, food, drinks and games.

Festivals & Music

Amsterdam hosts a wide range of festivals throughout June, including Summer Breeze (weekly Latin nights), Red Light Jazz Festival (5 to 7 June), Festifest (6 June), 909 Festival (7 June), Tropikali Festival (13 June), Mystic Garden (20 June) and Amsterdam Roots Festival (28 June).
