Jayne Luscombe

University of Brighton - WUAS, Lecturer Jayne Luscombe Prior to joining the University of Brighton 2006, Jayne Luscombe worked for blue-chip financial services organisation, Pricewaterhouse Coopers, where she specialised in delivery of regular corporate events and international recruitment fairs. She has also specialised in human resource and talent management initiatives for an international telecommunications company and a financial services consultancy.

She joined the University of Brighton in 2006 after completing a MA in International Event Management, and has since been heavily involved in developing undergraduate courses in international event management and taking on the role of Course Leader for the postgraduate provision in event-related courses.

With a BA (Hons) in Economics, and an MSc International Event Management, she has a keen academic interest in political and economic aspects of mega-events. She currently teaches modules on event policy and practice, globalisation society and culture, event design and event project planning.


 

Dr Saskia Harkema

Dr Saskia Harkema, WUASJoining the Wittenborg team as from this academic year, functioning in an international environment and contributing to intercultural dialogues, formation of networks, entrepreneurship and innovation within organizations make Saskia Harkema a very dedicated and inquisitive researcher.

With a PhD degree at Nyenrode University and two Master degrees, Saskia is working as an Independent Researcher and Consultant in the field of Innovation, Intercultural learning & Innovative Entrepreneurship as well lecturing on the programme “Entrepreneurship for the future”.at the University Utrecht , Faculty of Economics.
