Meet Shalaleh Siasi

With a background spanning engineering, finance and business transformation, Shalaleh Siasi is building on more than a decade of professional experience through her MBA in Applied Artificial Intelligence at Wittenborg. A student from Iran, she is passionate about using data, technology and AI to help organisations make better decisions and drive meaningful change.

Before joining Wittenborg, Shalaleh earned a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Tabriz and an MBA in Finance from Amirkabir University of Technology (Tehran Polytechnic). Wanting to combine her strong business background with emerging technologies, she chose the MBA in Applied Artificial Intelligence to develop practical skills that could be applied to real-world business challenges.

Throughout the programme, Shalaleh has strengthened her analytical thinking, research and data analysis capabilities while gaining practical knowledge of AI applications in business. Studying in Wittenborg's international environment has also helped her further develop her communication, teamwork and problem-solving skills.

Alongside her studies, Shalaleh brings more than 11 years of experience in business analysis, business transformation and process improvement. During her internship at Bridgestone Mobility Solutions (Webfleet), she worked with SAP, procurement data, KPI reporting and process improvement initiatives. She currently works part-time as a Sales Advisor at H&M while completing her studies, further strengthening her adaptability and customer-focused approach.

Fluent in Persian, Azerbaijani Turkish and English, with basic Dutch language skills, Shalaleh is committed to continuous learning and regularly follows developments in artificial intelligence, business analytics and digital transformation. Her strengths include analytical thinking, communication, adaptability and a proactive approach to solving problems.

After graduating, Shalaleh hopes to continue her career in the Netherlands as a Business Analyst, Data Analyst or AI Business Consultant. She is particularly interested in helping organisations use data, AI and process improvement to support innovation and digital transformation.
