Meet Parisa Khalili

Having previously studied clinical psychology in Iran, Parisa Khalili also had experience as an entrepreneur before moving to the Netherlands to study for an MBM (Master of Business Management) degree in International Management.  

By going abroad for her studies, Parisa’s goal was to develop her academic knowledge of business and give her career a new direction. According to the graduate, Wittenborg was both a professional gateway and an opportunity to challenge herself and learn new things. While studying for her degree, she had the chance to do an internship at the school.  

“During my programme, I managed to build on important competencies such as organisational, teamwork and leadership skills, time management and notions of information security,” she says.  

Currently, Parisa is focused on finding a job as an account manager, general manager, office administrator or office coordinator.  

She mentions that some of her main professional qualities are organisation, leadership and analytical skills, as well as the capacity to work well under pressure. Additionally, Parisa has good knowledge of tools such as Microsoft computer programmes, Customer Relationship Management platforms, Learning Management Systems and Process Safety Management systems.  

In order to keep up to date from a professional perspective, Parisa makes use of webinars and social media platforms including LinkedIn, and she also attends physical courses and job fairs. She describes herself as a good listener who is friendly, efficient, committed, passionate about learning new subjects and ready for new challenges.
