Meet Armina Sanaeimohaved

Armina Sanaeimohaved, a recent Wittenborg graduate, is ready to make her mark in the international marketing and communication field. Combining analytical thinking with creativity, she has built a skill set that allows her to understand customer needs, develop strategic solutions and thrive in diverse professional environments.
Originally from Iran, Armina was drawn to pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Marketing and Communication because this field allows her to understand people’s needs while connecting products or services. “This keeps the work exciting and meaningful for me,” she highlights.
Armina chose Wittenborg for its practical, international approach and its diverse student body, which she says provided fresh perspectives and ideas daily. The Netherlands appealed to her for its open-minded, innovative culture and strong economy.
During her studies, Armina developed competencies in market research, data analysis and strategic communication, learning to translate insights into actionable plans. Projects and group work helped her strengthen teamwork, leadership and time management abilities. She also honed her intercultural communication skills, learning how to adapt her approach when collaborating with people from different backgrounds. Proficiency with tools such as Excel and presentation software enabled her to turn complex information into clear and persuasive reports.
“Overall, Wittenborg has prepared me well for the professional world by giving me both the knowledge and confidence to take on challenges and grow in my career,” she says.
Armina’s previous work experience further shaped her professional skills. Roles as a Marketing Intern, Sales Assistant and Merchandiser exposed her to fast-paced environments and required effective communication, quick adaptation and task management under pressure. These positions complemented her academic training and enhanced her problem-solving abilities.
Armina approaches new challenges with determination and resourcefulness. For example, during her Marketing Internship, she was tasked with creating a market intelligence report using data analysis tools she was not familiar with. She consulted tutorials and resources, sought guidance from colleagues and practised until getting confident. Within a week, she delivered a report that was used by the sales team to identify high-potential customer segments.
Looking ahead, Armina aims to build a career in marketing and sales within an international company, ideally in roles such as Marketing Specialist, Sales Consultant or Business Development. She seeks positions where she can engage closely with customers, understand their needs and contribute to strategies that drive growth. Over time, she hopes to progress into leadership positions, managing projects and mentoring colleagues.
