Ilona Balcerczyk, PhD, Lecturer of Applied Sciences, received a master's degree in Administration and a PhD in Law from the University of Lodz, Poland. In addition to being a lecturer at Wittenborg University of Applied Sciences, she is an assistant professor at the Jan Kochanowski University in Poland. She also works as Deputy Department Director in the civil service in Poland. She has much experience in implementing EU projects as a researcher and trainer and is a certified social skills trainer.
She is the author of multiple books and articles on civil society.
