Guest Lecture by Pedro Pires & Mafalda Henriques

Wittenborg students are invited to join Pedro Pires and Mafalda Henriques for a guest lecture exploring how business events can support organisational growth, brand development and strategic objectives.

Pedro Pires is a strategist and entrepreneur who supports organisations and leaders in their corporate and individual development. His expertise spans corporate strategy, start-up and scale-up growth, leadership development and performance coaching.

Mafalda Henriques is a strategic communications professional with extensive experience in designing and managing multi-stakeholder programmes, platforms and innovation-driven projects. Her work focuses on helping organisations strengthen their business performance, reputation and marketing through effective stakeholder engagement and communication.

Drawing on their combined experience, Pedro and Mafalda will discuss the strategic role of business events in creating value for organisations, building relationships with stakeholders and supporting marketing and business objectives.

Taking place on Wednesday, 23 September 2026, from 11:20 to 14:00 in room H2.03 at the Brinklaan Campus, this guest lecture offers students the opportunity to gain practical insights into the connections between event management, strategic communications and business success.
