Guest Lecture: Leadership in High-Tech Small Firms

On Thursday, 20 November, at 10:00-11:00 CET, Sneha Saha will join Entrepreneurial students at Wittenborg's Amsterdam study location to explore leadership in high-tech small firms.

In this session, Saha will answer: How does leadership relate to HTSFs? Firms are told to innovate, but what does it mean for leadership? She will also discuss ambidexterity in leadership and the importance of value co-creation within an emerging domain.

Saha is passionate about building science, strategy, and social impact. She has contributed to Department of Biotechnology, Government of India-funded research, as well as EU-funded collaborations.
