Dr Andreea Nicolau is a lecturer, executive coach, and guest researcher in the Human Performance Management Group at Eindhoven University of Technology. She has expertise in learning processes, leadership development, and sustainable performance, integrating organisational behavior research with more than 20 years of managerial and entrepreneurial experience. Andreea's work supports leaders and organisations as they navigate transformation, enhance performance, and build healthy work environments.
