Guest Lecture by Adriana Encinas: Culture in Organisations

MBA students are invited to join Associate Professor Adriana Encinas on Thursday, 9 April, at 15:00 - 17:00 CEST for an online guest lecture on culture in organisations. Adriana, from Universidad Autónoma de Madrid, will explore how universities can equip students with the global skills needed to succeed in a rapidly changing world. Her research focuses on the connections between entrepreneurship, competences, employability and higher education management, offering students a broader perspective on the role of education in shaping future careers.
