Florian Oosterberg, MA, Quality & Compliance Coordinator, collaborates with all departments to ensure consistent quality standards across the organisation. She oversees both internal and external annual reports, manages the quality assurance framework and drives the PDCA (Plan-Do-Check-Act) cycle to support continuous improvement. Before assuming this role, Florian served as Student Registrar at Wittenborg, gaining valuable insight into the organisation’s operational processes and internal workflows — experience that now informs her approach to quality assurance. Her primary goal is to cultivate a culture of transparency, accountability and ongoing development. In addition to her professional experience, she holds a Master’s degree in Asian Studies from the University of Leiden, earned in 2017.
