Please note that we are unable to answer questions about the transfer of credits or the equivalency of your previous education without first receiving certified copies of all of your previous transcripts and diplomas.

In the attachments you will find a copy of our IBA Economics & Management Brochure and a number of important documents regarding the application process, fees and a checklist for submitting your application. If, after reviewing these materials you would like to begin your application to Wittenborg University, please send the following:
Required Application Materials
1. Completed Wittenborg application form
2. Letter of Motivation
3. Curriculum Vitae
4. A passport-type photo in JPG or PNG format between 100 and 200KB
5. Copy of academic transcript(s) and diploma(s) ( All levels )
6. Copy of your passport
7. Copy of IELTS/TOEFL or other recognised English Certificate if the instruction language of your previous education was not entirely in English
8. Copy of birth certificate (legalised by Dutch embassy in home country) This is required for registration after arrival in the Netherlands but can be sent later
All application documents can be scanned and submitted by email to admissions@wittenborg.eu . Upon complete submission, your documents will be forwarded to the Admissions Board for review. This process involves formal verification and can take up to 2 weeks. If your application meets the entry requirements, you will be informed by email and invited for a personal interview either face-to-face or via telephone. The University Registrar, representing the Admission Board, will inform you of the decision regarding your application normally one week after your interview. The total application process normally takes between 3 and 6 weeks.
Visa Application for International students
If you require a study visa to enter the Netherlands, Wittenborg University will begin the application on your behalf. Application for a study visa will occur only after the following requirements have been met:
1. Successful admission
2. Payment of your first study invoice or package fee
3. Bank statement proving you have at least €10.500,- in your bank account after payment of (2)
Items 2 and 3 are proof of your financial means which is a requirement of the visa application.
Dutch immigration authorities normally require between 2 to 6 weeks to process visa applications.
For international students from outside the EU who need Study-Visa and/or Residence Permit application support from Wittenborg, we offer a package fee of €12.100 which includes:
Tuition fee Bachelor Degree course one year €7500,-
Study material rental fee for one year €350,-
One year health insurance €500,-
5 months accommodation €2.200,-
Visa application and first residence permit €650,-
Student deposit €900,-
