Student Deposit
Note: applicable to NON-EU students requiring residence permits only.
The student deposit covers eventual costs for which the school can be held liable, including housing, energy bills, and immigration issues. Part of the student deposit will be used to cover the payment of a deposit made to student housing (400 euro), however this is not directly refundable to a student until de-registration processes have been fully and correctly carried out, by the school and by the student.
Deposit Refund
Only after successful de-registration will the student deposit be returned, after deduction of any costs. All costs deducted will be specified clearly on the de-registration form. Students will be informed of any costs deducted from the deposit, as part of the housing regulations, at the time of housing checkout.
