Zijian Wang, MSc, Senior Lecturer of Applied Sciences, graduated from the School of Informatics at the University of Amsterdam in the Netherlands. He is a seasoned educator with years of experience in teaching at Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences, The Hague University of Applied Sciences and Avans University of Applied Sciences. He holds a seat on the advisory board of Utrecht University of Applied Sciences. He keeps a close relationship with the industry, by consulting for clients such as ABN AMRO Bank, as well as by running companies like Honey Badger Technologies B.V.
His research interests are Industry X, business model innovation and human-machine symbiosis. At Wittenborg, he teaches on the MBA programme for the courses AI in Business, Data Analytics and Visualisation, and Cyber Security, among others.
