Opportunity planning is perfect for companies who are failing to se the benefit and results of the countless sales training exercises their companies have put them through. In modular sessions, we can help the individual sellers or small account teams of 2-4 people plan specific opportunities. We use the company’s existing sales training methodology to help the sellers qualify, disengage, invest resource and generally generate action plans. Opportunity Planning is perfect for smaller companies who do not see the value in heavy training investment, but DO see the value of having their sellers going through a regular, structured planning process that is relevant to their business environments. It is also a popular thing to do at the end of Q3 when things are not going as planned!
 
PARTICIPANTS WILL:
·          LIST AND PRIORITISE THEIR EXISTING OPPORTUNITIES
·          DISENGAGE FROM OPPORTUNITIES WHERE APPROPRIATE
·          CREATE ACTION PLANS TO BE EXECUTED WITHIN THE FOLLOWING 6 WEEKS
·          IDENTIFY THE POWER SPONSORS AND CONSIDER THEIR INFLUENCE OVER THE CUSTOMER’S DECISION MAKING CRITERIA
·          IDENTIFY AREAS FOR THOUGHT LEADERSHIP, TO CREATE NEW BUSINESS
