Dr. Mirjam Leloux started her career after a Ph.D in Pharmacy at Akzo Nobel Central Research. After a short period as a section head in analytical chemistry, she worked as a project leader in New Business Development, and Technical Marketing. After about 6 years at AKZO, she became Research Director at the State Institute for Food Safety (RIKILT) for four years. Subsequently, she worked as a business development manager in a Contract Research Organisation in Food Research for four years. Dr. Mirjam Leloux started in 2013 working by Wittenborg University. Her tasks at Wittenborg are; teaching Entrepeneurship, tutoring and she also is Researcher and involved with the project Great.
In 2005, Mirjam Leloux started Leloux Science & Business, a consultancy firm specialized in technology transfer. In this capacity, she is now working as a technology transfer consultant for universities, research institutes, SME’s and single inventors. In addition, she develops workshops and trainings in Intellectual Property, Negotiation and Technology Transfer. Mirjam Leloux is also involved in research on technology transfer and entrepreneurship and publishes regularly. Her current interests are on technology valuation, and criteria for successful technology transfer. In addition, she started teaching at Wittenborg University.
