Students from 13 different countries are graduating this summer from Wittenborg University of Applied Sciences, accentuating its status it as one of the most international universities in the Netherlands.

Wittenborg University has been announced as the first institute of higher education to be a supporting partner of event 16 the biggest annual fair for stakeholders in the event industry, in the Netherlands.
Wittenborg has been working with a team of educational gaming specialists since 2012 to enable the development processes for a full set of courses that utilizes game-based simulations, and creating the first program of its kind to use gamification throughout an entire MBA degree programme.

Dr Saskia Harkema, senior lecturer and researcher at Wittenborg University, now also teaches high-flying executives at the International School of Management in Paris, France. She says having taught at different European institutes not only reinforced how professional Wittenborg is, but also showed her that the educational market is changing and being part of the so-called Ivy League club is no longer the main consideration for students when choosing a university.
