From 28 September to 1 October 2021, Wittenborg will take part in the annual EAIE Conference and Exhibition. This virtual event will bring together the international higher education community giving participants the opportunity to network, share knowledge and inspire each other on topics driving the industry. This year's conference theme is: "Bolder. Braver. Go. - A call to embrace ideas that will result in tangible action and a reminder that the time to change is now".
Wittenborg's President and Chair of the Executive Board, Peter Birdsall, has been invited as one of the key speakers on the topic "Managing educational experiences, student expectations and tuition fees: is it possible to find the right balance?". Peter Birdsall will host this session together with Marine Condette (AACSB International) and Robert Buttery (FHNW - University of Applied Sciences and Arts Northwestern Switzerland), discussing the concept of the traditional university and how this has been turned upside down in the aftermath of the COVID-19 pandemic.
During this four-day event, Wittenborg will also co-exhibit at the 'Study in Holland' pavilion, organised by Nuffic, the Dutch organisation for internationalisation in education. Wittenborg is looking forward to connecting and sharing knowledge with participants at the virtual pavilion.
