Background

Nadia started working at Wittenborg as an intern in the Admissions Department whilst studying for her MSc in International Event Management. She then transferred to the Communications Department and is now the Communications & Events Administrator. Her role at Wittenborg includes organising open days, webinars, education fairs and social events for students. In addition, she designs graphics and visuals for promotional purposes, such as web banners, social media posts, infographics and presentations. Nadia works directly with the Senior Communications Manager to coordinate internal and external communications via offline and online platforms.

Nadia has a bachelor's degree in Finance and worked for a foreign bank upon graduation. She went on to hold various roles and job positions across different industries, such as retail, music and events. Before coming to the Netherlands, she was working as a Project Manager in the entertainment industry in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, managing concerts by local & international artists. She has produced events and concerts for up to 5,000 people in various locations from event halls, a theme park, to a rooftop overlooking the Petronas Twin Towers.
