Eike Fesefeldt, PhD, studied law at the Philipps-Universität Marburg after graduating from the Gymnasium in 2004,. Between 2010 and 2012, he did an LL.M. at the Victoria-University of Wellington NZ. From 2010 to 2015, he wrote a PhD dissertation at the Philipps-Universität Marburg, Germany.
Eike became a judge at the District Court of Stuttgart, and from 2017 to 2019, he worked as a public prosecutor in Stuttgart. Since 2019, he has been a Trial Lawyer at the International Criminal Court in the Netherlands.
Next to these principal occupations, he has taught several law classes at different universities: from 2012 to 2015 at the University of Hamburg, Germany, from 2015 to 2017 at the University of Hohenheim, Germany, and since 2016 both at the FOM University, Germany, and Wittenborg. His areas of expertise include International Law and European Law.
