This service is driven by the need to design, execute and track a clear telecoverage campaign for a specific group of sales people. We use the knowledge of the sellers to create a coverage campaign that is focussed on individuals, specific job functions, industry and business issues. The workshop is designed in 3 clear stages: the pre-work stage involves the sellers making initial contact to the target group to illicit a certain amount of pre-information necessary for building the campaign strategy. The workshop stage will create the common language, timetables and call plans, and finally the execution and follow-up stages. This service demands absolute confidence and support from the sponsors in order to be successful.
