Spacebox studios

Spacebox® studios are ready-made, independent homes. Each studio exists of a room with a private bathroom and kitchen. The Spacebox studios have 21 m2 of space, of which the usable area is 18 m2.

The unit includes all necessary facilities: everything is already there for you when you move in. Practically, you can arrive with your personal belongings only and start to enjoy your new home straightaway. Also, the Spacebox studios meet the requirements which the ‘Bouwbesluit’ (building code) set up for permanent housing.

Spacebox studios are made of composite and are easy to move and place thanks to this light weight material and a built-in ‘plug and play’ system. Composite is a high-quality material which, up until now, was only used in aviation and shipbuilding. It is lighter, stiffer, and stronger than wood, has excellent thermal properties, and is fully recyclable.

Since a Spacebox studio does not weigh more than an average middle-class car, only light foundation of the soil is needed. Besides this, Spacebox studios are environmentally friendly and have a splendid look.
