Sales University is where we train the fundamental question asking models to help sellers uncover pain, develop need, match product to need, deal with objections etc. The participants drill the techniques in role-plays and case studies, we video the action and run feedback on the results. Ideally we use management positions to act as ‘customers’ for the role-plays. It is possible if wished to assess and grade the participants.
