Paul Fynn graduated from Hatfield Polytechnic and worked in database management and business analysis in his early career. He left IT to establish a sports coaching business in the Norfolk Broads National Park. During this period he held a range of honorary posts, and worked as a small business adviser for the Regional Tourist Board. He has worked across a number of institutions, including two highly regarded hotel schools, and leading and developing courses in Tourism, leisure and hospitality. Paul implemented a Moodle LMS across two institutions and teaches campus based and online courses in hospitality and tourism.
Born in the North of England Paul Fynn moved to Norfolk as a child. He pursued business studies at college, and at degree level in Hertford where he combined business and social sciences. After a gap year working in outdoor pursuits he returned to settle in Norfolk.After a number of career moves he qualified in post graduate education and later at Masters level. In 2005 he moved his family to Switzerland and joined an international hotel school. He has children at university and at home.
