Adrianne is born in Indonesia, raised in Egypt & Yemen in her early years, she loves the international context and changing surroundings. Next to her work as a consultant and lecturer, she is associated to Women on Wings, creating 1 million jobs for women in rural India. 


Adrianne received her masters degree Real Estate & Housing at Delft University of Technology with a specialization in workplace concept development. After working for a real estate consultancy for 5 ½ years she became a freelance consultant, combining consultancy with social business.

As she strongly believes buildings are meant for people to thrive in, it should be developed from that point of view. This made her take additional courses on organisational change, leadership and facilitating creativity. She supported organisations in their transition to new ways of working and through cultural change.

In April 2011 She started as a freelance lecturer at Hogeschool Utrecht, Facilities Management. She is associated with Stichting Circulaire Economie to enable the transition to a circular economy
