Our bespoke Management Development Programme (MDP) provides innovative and practical tools for managers to meet the critical challenges they face. The programme is modular and spread out over time so that participants can put in to practise the learning gained and review key learning’s at the beginning of the next module. At the outset of the program a 360 degree feedback survey is taken so that participants can measure pre and post course competence. The program is also supported by a psychometric instrument (MBTI or Insights) and “just in time” coaching as required to take the learning in to the work place. Modules that can be included are:
