Called “base” communication skills because we view this seminar as being the key for the whole range of management skills. Based on the psychology of C.G.Jung, we demonstrate the differences between extroverted and introverted behaviour, between decisions making based on rational thought process or gut feeling, and perception through the senses or intuitive. We explore the potential problems people face when working with a different type of person, and consider ways of how to overcome these problems-
